1 General Terms & Conditions

1xbed (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online Sports Betting and casino platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between 1xbed and its users.

2 Account Registration

To register on 1xbed, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information may result in account suspension.

• Each individual may register only one account.

• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address will be considered suspicious.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Renting or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

The verification process must be completed after registration. Withdrawals are not possible without KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

3 Age Verification

1xbed strictly enforces an adults-only policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use 1xbed.

If age verification fails, the account will be temporarily suspended and any deposited funds will be held.

4 Deposits & Payments

• Deposits must be made using only the account holder's own payment method.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and may be returned.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing winnings. Withdrawals will not be approved without verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for verification in cases of suspicious activity.

6 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on 1xbed, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• Bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
• Minimum bet ৳20; maximum bet varies by event.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment the bet is placed are final.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the bet will be verified and settled accordingly.
• Placing multiple conflicting bets on the same match is prohibited.
• Bets placed by exploiting system errors or odds glitches will be considered void.

Accumulator (parlay) bets are settled only after the outcome of all events has been determined. If one event is cancelled, it is removed and the remaining bets remain active.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

1xbed regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read before accepting.

General Bonus Terms:

• Welcome bonuses are generally subject to a 5x–10x wagering requirement.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• The wagering requirement must generally be met within 7–30 days.
• Multiple bonus promotions cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or betting categories.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must complete registration and make their first deposit.

8 Bet Cancellation Policy

1xbed reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is completely abandoned.
• Incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• If abnormal odds are generated due to incorrect data entry.
• If evidence of match-fixing is found.

If a bet is cancelled, the deposited amount will be returned to the account. The user will be informed of the reason for cancellation.

9 Fraud Prevention

1xbed maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on fraud. The following activities will be considered fraudulent:

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Using software or bots to process bets.
• Exploiting odds errors to generate artificial profits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken where necessary.

10 Responsible Gaming

1xbed believes gaming should be for fun, not addiction. We support our users in practising responsible betting.

• Betting limits (daily/weekly/monthly) can be set at any time.
• Self-exclusion can be activated for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• Cooling-off period: your account can be paused for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

12 Account Closure
