Account, Registration & Login

To create an account on 1xbed, you'll need an active mobile number or email address. During registration, provide your full name, date of birth, and a strong password. Please note that you must be 18 years of age or older. For more details, Registration Page View.

First, make sure your password is correct and that Caps Lock is off. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option. If you're still having trouble, Help Center contact us.

After logging in, go to Profile Settings and select "Identity Verification" or the KYC option. Upload a photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Without verification, large withdrawal amounts may be restricted.

While logged in, go to Profile → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password, then save. Your new password should be at least 8 characters long.

Yes, you can temporarily suspend or permanently close your account at any time. Help Center Contact us. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing the account.

Deposits are usually credited instantly. However, occasional delays can occur due to bank or mobile banking processing times. If your deposit hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, take your transaction slip and Help Center contact us.

1xbed does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own service charges, which are set by the respective institution.

Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Having a verified account speeds up the process.

The minimum withdrawal is usually 500 BDT, while the maximum limit varies depending on your payment method and account level. Accounts with completed KYC verification have higher withdrawal limits.

Sports Betting

Live betting means placing bets on a match in real time as it unfolds. Odds change continuously throughout the match. on the Sports Betting page View the list of live matches. Quick decision-making is key.

Odds represent how much you can win on a bet. For example, odds of 2.00 mean a 100 BDT bet returns 200 BDT if you win (100 BDT profit). Odds can be displayed in Decimal, Fractional, or American format.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in some cases you can settle a bet early using the Cash Out feature. Please note that Cash Out may not be available on all bets.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet is automatically refunded. In an accumulator bet, a cancelled match is treated as "void" and the remaining selections continue as normal.
